Hi guys, it’s been really tough past few days for me. Since 20th of June I felt really confident with my play and I was slowly chasing my recent losses. I studied a lot in SnG Wizard, I was doing almost none mistakes and really felt like I could turn it around. My redline was in positive numbers (adjusted ROI about 1%). I was about 100 buyins bellow it though, but I decided not to give up yet.

Then the friday 22nd came. I began to play up to $200s again when this unlucky problem occurred (printscreening 2p2 post):

I have to mention that after some review Stars refunded me at least $800, which is nice and better than nothing. Unfortunatly, I don’t have any rule in my challenge about refunding the $2k from my losses so it put me $2k more into negative numbers (about -$25k total). After that accident I did not play much at the weekend, I was really mentally down because I felt like every time I do a step forward something like this takes me two steps backward.

On Sunday I tried to chill out a little by going out with my friends and played football. It kind of worked, I felt mentally refreshed (on the other hand, I almost could not move after that:) ). Since Monday 25th I moved in to my girlfriend’s house, mainly because she bought a puppy of Aussie shephard and she can not be in my appartment with it.

Again, I decided not to give up yet and since Monday I started grinding only $30s, 10-15 tables at once. I was playing fine, but again, I experienced another swing (graph bellow) and during the whole challenge there was only one day when I was at least slightly in positive numbers. Since Friday 29th, I decided to take one last shot at $60s-$200s to determine whether or not to continue in my challenge. I played only 200 games on Friday with -$2k profit and I will play more on Saturday. If I finish with another -$2k or less profit, I will end this challenge.

During my challenge I played only a few MTTs, but tonight I surprisingly made some decent score! After a few semiFT’s of $215 turbos and some deepruns in Hot tournaments I made to the final table of $75 Hot and… finished 2nd for $6,1k ! Got unlucky when I lost the final hand with AK to A9, but I guess I can’t complain now Unfortunatly I cant give you any interesting hands to read through because of turbo structure of that tournament, but there is at least one funny hand which catapulted me to chipleader in last 5 players.
